What is 3D Bone Assessment?

Highly advance Biomechanic myoMotion Assessment helps us to analyse our body joint motion when we move, stand or performing any form of physical movements. By knowing our body well scientifically through Biomechanic 3D Assessment, our head coach will be able to create a customised performance and movement program specific to client’s conditions.

The Alignment Check. Here’s a simple explanation: If you are worried that your car’s alignment is wrong, it will increase the risk of car accident. To avoid that, you will send your car to your usual car workshop to assess and fix it. If there’s a hidden risk of getting injuries such as frozen shoulder, slipped disc and knee ACL, as well posture issue such as hunch back, scoliosis (spine crooked to side), and lordosis (lower back over arch), would you do “alignment test” too with the non-replaceable human body that you own uniquely for your entire lifespan?

By performing Biomechanic MyoMotion Test, you will get to know current hidden movement risk and get fixed before any high medical cost injuries happen. We will be able to reduce potential risk of injuries through knowing what to avoid during daily activities, exercises, and sports.

Sensor application up to 16 body segments can be detected and mounted with myoMOTION sensors. The sensors can be attached with special fixation straps (recommended for Pelvis and Lower thoracic), double adhesive tape (Upper thoracic, Hand) and elastic straps (all extremities, Head, Foot).

In short, myoMOTION™ system helps to analyse the curvature of the spine in three dimensions. Hence, it provides a detail report of your posture and muscular movement. This report is essential to carve a work out plan that is specifically based on your current body structure/condition to maximise your potential and achieve your ideal fitness.

How It Works

Step 1:

Our expert will put the sensor on you and at the same time will observe client’s original plumb line position – both anterior & posterior view, with the laser line scanner before calibrating the Myomotion sensor .

Step 2:

Our experts will get the client to move their muscles (typically in a overhead squat position) to analyse their posture and muscular movement.

Step 3:

A thorough postural analysis report will be presented to the client. Our expert will then advice client accordingly.
